Cancellation Policy
1. Age Requirement This is an adults-only experience. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. 2. Guests & Attendance Attendance is limited to paying participants only. We kindly request that you do not bring extra guests, including children, unless they are registered and paid attendees. 3. BYOB Policy Our experience is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) – wine and beer are permitted. Please drink responsibly. By participating, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any incidents or injuries related to alcohol consumption. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We maintain a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request a credit toward a future session, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 5. Liability Waiver By attending, participants agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including the use of hot wax, fragrance oils, and crafting tools. We are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property sustained on the premises. 6. Conduct & Safety For your safety and the safety of others, we reserve the right to remove any participant from the class due to disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior—especially under the influence of alcohol—with no refund or credit issued.
