We accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items, candles, jewelry, accessories, swimsuits, and beauty products are final sale.

• No cash refunds.

All special orders or pre-orders require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable.

 

Allow up to 2–4 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are available for purchase in store. They are non-refundable and may only be redeemed at COVET Lifestyle.

For candle making classes, fashion events, or private shopping experiences:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• No shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment.
